We are now seeking a Health and Wellness Director (RN or LPN) to join our team at Empress Senior Living!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care while fostering an environment that feels like home. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, an advocate for residents, and a leader who inspires their team to go above and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
· Oversee the Assisted Living Department and ensure our residents receive the best care possible.
· Conduct health assessments and create personalized service plans for residents.
· Coordinate healthcare services with providers, families, and team members.
· Lead, support, and mentor a team of compassionate care professionals.
· Maintain staffing guidelines to ensure seamless service and top-tier care.
What You’ll Bring:
· 2 years’ experience working in geriatric care.
· Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
· Active nursing credentials are required.
· Previous management experience is required.
· A passion for leadership and making a real impact.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
