As a Bartender at Judas Tree, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your role will combine front-of-house service with a touch of behind-the-scenes magic to ensure every visit is exceptional. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Greet and engage guests with genuine warmth and hospitality. - Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency. - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and classic cocktails elevated by house-made ingredients. - Support bar and kitchen staff during service to maintain a seamless flow. - Keep service areas, the patio, and bocce courts clean and organized. - Assist with event setup, catering coordination, and private gatherings. - Uphold Judas Tree’s standards for quality, presentation, and our welcoming community atmosphere.
We’re seeking an individual who shares our passion for hospitality and community. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of hospitality or café experience (preferred). - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - A friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset. - The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - Must be 18+ years old; 21+ preferred for beverage service. - Availability to work Thursday–Saturday evenings.
