Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Route delivery, driver unload, lift-gate, pallet jack, curve ramp, and 2-wheel hand cart
- Touch freight, case delivery of food-grade products to warehouses and end-users
- Drive CDL A day cabs with 53' trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Secure pallets using straps and/or bars. Load securement at every stop.
- Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers

- No CDL driving experience necessary. NEW GRADUATES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
- Prior delivery driving experience highly preferred but will train.
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain Commercial Driver License (Satisfactory MVR, medically qualified, proof of residency).
- Must be able to obtain DOT card, pre-employment, and criminal background screening.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
- Be able to lift, push, pull 15-20 pounds with no assistance
Wage Range: 90000.00 - 130000.00 per year
