ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deals games such as blackjack, Caribbean stud, let-it-ride, roulette, and craps according to the rules of the game. May be designated according to specialty.

Supervises games and observes action.
- Supervises dealers.
- Prepares work schedules and assigns work stations.
- Ensures that employees render prompt and courteous service to players.
- Supervises dealer auditions, trains new employees, and conducts performance appraisals.
- Makes recommendations for disciplinary action.
- Maintains surveillance over assigned area to ensure that the code of honesty is observed and to protect the house and guest against any violations of the game.

Verifies fills, credit slips, opening a closing slips, and markers pertaining to games being supervised.
- Directs and supervises the game of craps.
- Drops all money in drop box, issues chips, inspects dice upon request.
- Observes dealers during payoffs for possible mistakes. Assures that all bills are genuine.

Resolves customer service complaints and settles matters requiring explanations and interpretation of house rules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Ability to supervise others.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities.
- Good knowledge of the rules of the games, and ability to spot cheating violations.
- Ability to compute payable odds to pay winning bets.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of (1) year experience in table games being supervised.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Standing-70% /Walking-10% /Sitting-20%; Casino setting.
- Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise.

- Required to work weekends and holidays.
