Janitor / Dealership Facilities Cleaner
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Janitor/Facilities Cleaner to help maintain multiple
buildings within our automotive dealership group. This position is responsible for keeping our dealerships,
offices, customer areas, and employee spaces clean, organized, and presentable.
Because this position services multiple dealership buildings, candidates must be comfortable moving
between locations throughout the workday and working independently.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain multiple dealership buildings and office areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas
Dust furniture, counters, fixtures, and other surfaces
Clean interior glass, doors, and windows as needed
Maintain customer waiting areas and showrooms
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
Notify management of maintenance concerns or needed repairs
Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment
Complete assigned cleaning duties according to schedule
Travel between dealership buildings as needed
Perform other general cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
Must be comfortable working in both customer-facing and employee areas
