Overview
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Licensed or Pre-licensed Psychotherapist to join our private practice. In this vital role, you will provide humanistic therapy through a trauma lens to diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, foster resilience, and improve overall well-being through evidence-based practices. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including initial intake evaluation and diagnosis to determine and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or trauma-focused therapy for PTSD.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; timely document patient progress, treatment plans, and diagnostic evaluations
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher, licensure as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
- Strong background working with diverse populations.
- Experience in diagnostic evaluations, and intake assessments.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding medical records management and patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with patients from varied backgrounds.

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
