Join our growing production team! We are seeking an experienced Wide Format Flatbed Operator to produce high-quality graphics, signage, displays, and specialty print projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain wide format flatbed printing equipment.
- Set up jobs, load materials, and monitor print quality throughout production.
- Review work orders and ensure projects meet customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
- Work closely with prepress, finishing, and production teams to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating wide format flatbed printers preferred.
- Knowledge of print substrates, inks, color management, and production workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
