Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs is looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team.! We are looking for senior-level service advisor candidates with at least 7+ years of experience with luxury brands, preferably with Mercedes-Benz. This position offers an annual salary of $120,000+ based on the level of expertise and experience we need.

Job Responsibilities
· Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to determine their service needs and provide recommendations for services
· Document visual condition of vehicle upon intake to establish vehicle conditions prior to service
· Process repair orders for customers to fully document costs and time estimates; provide detailed service orders to technicians to fulfill service requests/requirements
· Assist customers with planning around maintenance required for their vehicle as needed
· Provide follow-ups to customers to provide status updates on their vehicle’s service
· Educate and advise customers on any recommended repairs/maintenance outside of the initial scope of the service order
· Provide completed service order to management / accounting to make sure payments are properly reconciled
· Stay up-to-date on products and services, including warranty information
Job Qualifications
· 7+ years of Service Advisor experience required
· Luxury brand experience, specifically with Mercedes-Benz, is highly preferred
· Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency required
· Highly knowledgeable and must be an expert for our customers
· Able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Professional demeanor and appearance
· Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
