I'm Alex with Ava Health, a healthcare recruiting firm based in Tampa. I'm staffing a clinical or staff pharmacist role with a major Naples-area hospital system. Multiple shift options across day, evening, and overnight lines, with flexibility on shift, campus, and clinical specialty fit, oncology, ED, ICU, or ambulatory.
What you'd be doing:
Verify and dispense medications, manage IV and sterile compounding workflows, and consult with physicians on dosing, interactions, and therapeutic alternatives
Round with clinical teams in your specialty area and contribute to medication therapy management
Mentor pharmacy techs and residents, participate in P&T committee work and antimicrobial stewardship
Maintain accurate documentation per Joint Commission and FL Board of Pharmacy standards
Schedule and scope:
Full time, multiple shift lines available, day, evening, overnight
Flexibility on campus and clinical specialty at this multi campus system
Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
Requirements:
PharmD
Active Florida Pharmacist license, or willing to obtain, happy to walk you through the timeline
1+ year hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred, new grads with strong rotations welcome to apply
