Powersports Technician – A Level / Advanced B Level

We are a growing new Honda and Polaris dealership in Wesley Chapel, Florida, looking for an experienced Powersports Technician who takes pride in high-quality work, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We service and repair Honda, Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, BRP/Can-Am, Suzuki, Harley-Davidson, and virtually all major motorcycle and off-road brands. We are looking for a technician who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of machines while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Broadly considered an A-Level Technician, or a strong B-Level Technician with the aptitude and desire to grow into an A-Level role
- Factory certifications preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and off-road vehicles
- Ability to complete repairs correctly the first time
- Ability to communicate clearly with service advisors and the team
- Detailed and accurate repair order documentation and notes
- Ability to perform thorough multipoint inspections and make quality recommendations that improve safety and rider experience
- Pride in workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing powersports vehicles of all major brands
- Performing routine maintenance, engine work, electrical diagnostics, suspension work, and drivability repairs
- Installing custom accessories and upgrades including: Lift kits, Portal gear lifts, Snorkel systems, Light bars, Audio systems, Wheels & tires, and other custom off-road modifications
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and according to dealership standards
- Helping transform standard machines into high-performance custom builds customers are excited about
Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasionally staying late to help complete a sale or get a customer back riding
Compensation
- Flat Rate Pay Plan
- $30–$40 per billed hour depending on experience, certifications, and ability
