Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for adults/seniors with various stages of needs.
- Implement resident participation in activities that promote and encourages socialization.
- Understanding the needs of residents with memory care and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with POA, families, guardians, case managers and medical team to keep everyone updated on the individuals progress, health, behavior, and daily activities.
- Support our residents by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance to foster inclusion.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensuring safety standards are met by following all policies, procedures and safety requiremndts.
Experience
- Prior experience working with adults/seniors in assisted living/CBRF settings.
- Demonstrated experience with providing proper ADL cares.
- The ability to manage Memory care patients and behavior management strategies is highly valued.
- CBRF Certification in Standard Precaustions, First aid and chocking, and Fire Safety is required. Medication Administation is a Plus and very much welcoming.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
