Linden Court, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing community, is seeking an organized, compassionate, and relationship-focused Admissions Nurse Liaison to join our team.
Our Admissions Nurse Liaison plays a vital role in shaping the first step of each resident's journey. This position is ideal for an LPN or RN looking to use their clinical expertise in a fast-paced, influential role without direct bedside care. We also welcome highly organized, customer-service-oriented professionals with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who are passionate about serving older adults.

Collaborate with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams.

Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident arrival.

Review referrals for clinical and financial eligibility.

Communicate with residents, families, hospitals, physicians, and referral partners.

Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and required documentation.

Ensure all admissions documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Organize multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent Linden Court in a professional manner.

Participate in continuing education, in-service training, and occasional out-of-town educational opportunities.

RN or LPN license preferred, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute care is preferred.
