We are actively seeking a Post-Tensioning Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee specialized repair work across a range of structural restoration projects. This is a leadership position that requires extensive travel and the ability to supervise, support, and train field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site crews performing post-tensioned concrete repair and restoration.

Ensure adherence to all PTI (Post-Tensioning Institute) repair protocols and safety standards.

Interpret project drawings, scopes, and specifications.

Serve as the point of contact between field technicians and project management.

Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues in real time.

Travel frequently to job sites across multiple regions.
Requirements:

PTI Certification is required.

Proven experience with post-tensioned concrete systems and repair techniques.

Prior leadership or superintendent-level experience in the construction or restoration industry.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel regularly to various job sites (typically Monday–Friday travel).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
