We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Utopia Management. In this role, you will be the dedicated real estate agent for our Palm Springs market. You will be representing our management company in Real Estate sales and acquisitions for our owners and tenants. Utopia Management is one of the largest management companies in town managing 1000+ units in this market. If you are an agent that is great in getting deals done but tends to have hard time finding clients, this is a perfect opportunity for you. Most of the leads will be current clients, thus turning them into buyers and sellers is a much simpler task. We also have proprietary contracts that generate even more deals. Requirements
- CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions.
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is essential.
