Description:
Performs general repairs for roofing projects when necessary.
Role and Responsibilities:

Assess dry rot or other damage on client's roofs.

Perform minor roof installs.
-
Identify and report storm related damage to manager.
-
Communicate effectively and directly with manager and customers.
-
Provide detailed reports and attach photographs via the FileMaker Go application.
-
On occasion, being available to work overtime and be “on-call” status during weekends.

Complete daily inventory of materials and tools needed prior to beginning assigned route.

Maintain professionalism, always.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals.

Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
-
Ability to follow instructions.
-
Prior experience in the installation of shingles roofing systems and flashing.
-
Licensed driver in the United States.
-
Ability to operate a vehicle safely while following GPS instructions.

Excellent time management skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Capable of utilizing a smart phone, and the application FileMaker Go.
