Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout each guest's dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all restaurant policies and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience is required.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Hardworking and self-motivated — we are looking for team members who are not lazy and are willing to work.
- Able to stay calm and perform well under pressure during busy service hours.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
