Robertson Vending is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable General Operations Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee daily operations, support multiple departments, and help build a positive, productive workplace.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations
- Keep employees organized, motivated, and on task
- Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members
- Manage inventory, including purchasing, ordering, and budget oversight
- Hire, onboard, and train new employees
- Assist and oversee all departments as needed
- Help improve operational efficiency and maintain high company standards
- Work closely with ownership to achieve company goals
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Inventory management and purchasing experience preferred
- Budget management experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule
- Full-time
- Sunday–Thursday (additional hours as needed)
