Common Restaurant is looking to add utility/dishwashers to our kitchen team.
This position is responsible for supporting the kitchen and front of house through quickly and effectively washing dishes; restocking stations; cleaning public areas; and assisting to unload the truck. The utility/dish position is an important part of our team and requires a candidate who is able to move quickly and efficiently; to follow directions; to work with purpose; and to remain adaptable throughout the shift. Prep shifts in the dedicated prep kitchen may also be a part of this position's duties.
The person in this position must be able to stand for periods of time without a break; squat, bend at the waist, reach overhead, walk up and down 1-2 flights of stairs (sometimes multiple times a day); and lift up to 50 pounds.
