About this role
We're hiring a long-term Chiropractic Assistant whose primary strength is front desk and patient services. You'll be the first voice patients hear on the phone and the first face they see — and that matters deeply to us. You'll also be cross-trained in hands-on therapy support including spinal decompression, laser, and shockwave therapy, adding real clinical skills to your resume.
This is a part-time position of 24–32 hours per week with a fixed Monday–Thursday schedule.
We are looking for someone seeking a stable, long-term role — not a temporary or transitional position for a few months. We invest significantly in training and are looking for someone ready to grow with the practice.
We can teach you the skills. What we can't teach is a great personality, a warm presence, and a positive attitude.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 8:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. availability required — this is a fixed window and non-negotiable
- 24-32 hours/week
- Consistent long-term availability is required
- No nights, no weekends, no holidays — ever

What You'll Do — Front Desk & Patient Services (experience preferred)
- Answer phones, schedule patients, and guide new patients through next steps
- Check patients in and out using our EHR and keep records accurate
- Collect payments and balance daily transactions (cash and credit)
- Follow up with patients on reminders, reactivations, and visit flow questions
- Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
What You'll Do — Therapy Support (cross-training provided)
- Prepare rooms and equipment; maintain safe, clean treatment areas
- Position and set up patients on spinal decompression tables; monitor timing and patient comfort throughout sessions
- Deliver laser therapy treatments as trained
- Deliver shockwave therapy treatments as trained
- Communicate clearly with patients during all therapies and escalate any concerns to the doctors or team lead

- Are available Monday–Thursday from 8:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for the duration of employment — not just some days
- Are looking for a stable, long-term position where you can build real skills and grow
- Have prior experience in a patient-facing, hospitality, medical, dental, or chiropractic setting (preferred)
- Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer tools
- Are committed to HIPAA and patient confidentiality
