Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
- Execute residential and commercial painting projects using various methods including brush, roller, hand tools, conventional spraying, and airless paint spraying systems
- Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to all site safety protocols during construction painting activities
Skills
- Extensive experience in residential painting including surface preparation and spray techniques
- Strong knowledge of color theory to achieve precise color matching and aesthetic consistency
