Surventis’ Coatings division is a global expert in the development, production and marketing of innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, decorative paints as well as applied surface treatments for metal, plastic and glass substrates in a wide range of industries. This portfolio is supplemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enable new applications with innovative surfaces.
We are looking for a Regional Digitalization Lead to join our Coatings team.
You lead regional digitalization efforts across North American manufacturing sites. You translate global digital strategy into execution. You guide site Digital Process Optimization roles and align initiatives across Greenville, Windsor, and Tultitlán.
You focus on turning data into decisions. You enable sites to use digital tools, data, and analytics to improve performance, cost, and asset utilization.
You work in close partnership with the Regional Automation Lead. Digitalization defines decisions. Automation converts those decisions into execution.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and digital technology. You will have a working relationship with the following:
- Direct collaboration with Regional Automation Lead
- Oversight of site Digital Process Optimization roles
- Interface with global digital and automation teams
- Digitalization Lead: Defines insights and decisions from data

As a Regional Digitalization Lead you will be responsible for...
- Driving the regional digitalization roadmap across assigned sites
- Translating global digital standards into regional execution
- Aligning digital initiatives across Greenville, Windsor, and Tultitlán
- Providing steering and direction to site Digital Process Optimization roles
- Ensuring consistency in solutions, KPIs, and tools across sites
- Coaching and guiding site Digital Process Optimization leads
- Standardizing KPI frameworks and dashboards across sites
- Promoting adoption of digital tools for shop-floor and business decisions
- Supporting development of scalable and reusable digital solutions
- Enabling data-driven decision-making across operations
- Defining how data is structured, visualized, and used for decisions
- Supporting deployment of decision-support tools across operations
- Driving standardization of reporting and performance tracking
- Promoting use of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ensuring measurable impact on cost, efficiency, and asset utilization
- Partnering with operations, engineering, IT, and automation teams
- Aligning closely with Regional Automation Lead on execution strategy
- Acting as regional interface between sites and global digital teams
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives across functions
- Leading regional digital projects from concept to stabilization
- Ensuring projects deliver measurable business value
- Driving adoption and sustainment of digital solutions
- Promoting continuous improvement using digital-first methods
- Ensuring Digital roadmap is defined, aligned, and executed across all sites
- Ensuring Standard KPIs and dashboards are used consistently for decisions
- Ensuring Sites independently use digital tools to drive performance
- Ensuring Digital initiatives deliver measurable cost and efficiency improvements
Ensuring Strong alignment between Digitalization (decisions) and Automation (execution)

If you have...
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT, data science, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or process industries
- Several years of experience in digitalization, analytics, or process optimization
- Experience working across multiple sites or regions preferred
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Data analytics and visualization
- Statistical analysis and modeling
- Experience with MES and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Critical thinking and structured problem solving
- Project management and execution discipline
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work across functions and cultures
- Ownership and results-oriented mindset
Regular travel across North American sites as required
