Summary: Morphis business is rapidly growing in Latin America. We require a bilingual sales rep to expand our business in North America and Latin America. Knowledge of the currency supply industry in one or more market segments (Central Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail and Cash-In-Transit) is extremely important to this position. Morphis Sales Reps work independently on their respective territories. You will be responsible for using your knowledge of company products or services to connect with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for Morphis.
Responsibilities:
- Follow annual business plan with quota goals to sell Morphis Software Solutions and Services
- Maintain documentation of interactions inside CRM Database
- Send out sales contracts via DocuSign
- Maintain good relationship with current clients to keep level of satisfaction with Morphis Software Solutions high
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate contract terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to sell in a B2B environment.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B Communication
- Knowledge of the Banking and Currency Supply Chain Market
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Must have knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Products
Education & Experience
- A quality candidate for a Morphis should have a degree and/or training in Business, Banking, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
- A proven track record of meeting sales quota
