SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy is San Diego’s BEST outpatient pediatric speech and occupational therapy company — and we’re looking for an energetic, fun-loving Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy under the supervision of an OT
- Step in for coverage when clinicians are out or families reschedule
- Support children ages 0–18 through play-based, goal-oriented interventions
- Complete accurate daily SOAP notes and documentation
- Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, and teammates
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed COTA in California
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric COTA experience
- Positive, outgoing personality and love for kids
- Organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate
- True team player who values collaboration
