The Role
You'll own the yard and support our install crews in the field. This is a hands-on position for someone who's organized, handy with tools, and takes pride in running a tight operation.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload material shipments, including tractor trailers — inspect for damage and verify counts before sign-off
- Break down and stage materials into complete job kits so install crews can load and go every morning
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and keep the yard organized and clean
- Handle small repairs, gate adjustments, and maintenance/warranty calls in the field
- Serve as the go-to problem solver between the office and install crews
Qualifications
- Hands-on with tools — you can adjust a gate, swap a picket, and handle small fixes solo
- Fence, deck, or general construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail — accurate counts and damage checks save real money
- Valid driver's license; comfortable with a truck and trailer (forklift experience a plus)
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Self-starter who owns their area without needing supervision
Compensation & Benefits
