Summary/Objective
As a Project Engineer, you will apply your knowledge and skills to support various construction projects to meet the needs of our company and clients.
Essential Functions

Collaborates with the Superintendents and Project teams to appropriately staff all project positions

Analyzes and interprets field information through frequent interactions with the field in all scopes of work being performed

Quality Control - Track job/work progress

Collaborate with design team and other key team members to deliver exceptional results

Coordinate and partner with subcontractors
-
Performs other related duties as assigned

Coordinate between contract drawings and submittal drawings
-
Ensure that all projects and deliverables are completed properly within the scope of contract

Prepare requests for information to vendors and subcontractors for services and supplies

Act as the liaison between the General Contractor and our vendors
Competencies and Basic Requirements

Engineering degree in Civil, mechanical, electrical or related degrees required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

A minimum of three years of related construction experience is required.

Thorough knowledge of project management.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Must be able to obtain security clearance (for applicable project sites) as necessary.

Must be willing to work between multiple worksites and possess a valid Guam drivers license.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
