Position Details & Compensation
- $45 per clinical hour
- $20 per administrative hour
- Minimum of 30+ clients per week required

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems to accurately identify mental health conditions.
- Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling sessions incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage urgent situations effectively while ensuring client safety and well-being.
- Facilitate intake processes for new clients, including medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and detailed patient records management.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical research findings and best practices in behavioral health.
- Provide telehealth services while maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document progress notes using appropriate medical terminology and CPT coding for billing purposes.
General Requirements
- Valid initial BBS associate registration number (no subsequent numbers).
- Candidates may apply prior to receiving their number; hiring will be finalized once registration is active.
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience with psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, cognitive and behavioral therapies, grief counseling, and crisis management.
- Familiarity with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Strong clinical skills working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Ability to manage crisis situations with sound clinical judgment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide culturally responsive care.
