Are you passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapists to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the El Segundo area.

Schedule: School hours, Monday–Friday

School Year: 2026–2027

Pay: Competitive compensation with weekly pay

Setting: School-based

Provide behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings
-
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the direction of the educational team

Collect and document student behavior data
-
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
-
Encourage positive behaviors and student success
-
Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
-
Experience with behavior intervention, ABA, or special education is a plus
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a school environment

High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
