American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel position in Massachusetts, requiring telemetry experience, float readiness, and an active MA RN license in hand.

Acute care hospital Med/Surg unit setting

Medical-surgical patient population with telemetry monitoring needs

Floating required to any Med/Surg unit, up to every 4 hours

Block scheduling is not available for this position

16-week contract

Active Massachusetts RN license, must be in hand prior to consideration

Current certifications required and must be in hand: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS

Minimum 2 years of current Med/Surg experience required

Telemetry experience required

Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required

Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred

Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment

1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years of employment required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Willingness and ability to float to any Med/Surg unit is a firm requirement

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application — scheduling requests will not be approved after an offer is extended, and late requests may result in a rescinded offer

No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested
