Job Summary
Join us at our new French/Italian pizzaria Bistro ! Formerly River House Pizza Co. in the Forest Green shopping center we have moved back to our roots on Main Street in Ellicott City.
Join us in our scratch kitchen, with everything made in house using locally sourced ingredients. You will work side by side with experienced chefs crafting seasonal dishes with French technique and Italian soul.
In this energetic role, will help us with our dish station in keeping everything clean and organized. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Use our dish machine to ensure our cutlery, glasses, and dishes are properly cleaned before use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Using a 3 compartment sink to clean kitchen utensils and supplies
- Returning dishes to correct area of kitchen in a nest and tidy manner
- Help kitchen staff during closing to ensure a clean and efficient close
- Clean kitchen floors, take out trash, keeping the dish machine clean and tidy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
