Webb Utility Contractors LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Utility Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise underground utility construction crews.
- Coordinate daily field operations and scheduling.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain communication with project managers, inspectors, and customers.
- Enforce company safety standards and quality expectations.
- Complete daily reports and job documentation.
- Mentor and develop field employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience supervising underground utility or telecom construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of directional drilling, trenching, conduit installation, and restoration is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel as project needs require.
