Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities
- Meet directly with residential customers to discuss Verizon FiOS products and services
- Answer questions and educate customers on available promotions
- Help customers select solutions that fit their needs
- Build positive relationships with customers through in-person interactions
- Assist customers through the enrollment process
- Work with Sales Advisor team members to achieve sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
Sales Advisor Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable interacting with customers daily
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Military, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Reliable and eager to learn
