We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who knows their way around a shop, takes pride in their work, and doesn’t need someone standing over their shoulder all day.
We want a go-getter — someone who works well with a team but is equally comfortable taking a job from diagnosis through completion independently.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow professionally, earn a good living, and still have a life outside of work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative services
- Perform Pennsylvania safety and emissions inspections
- Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle concerns accurately
- Communicate repair needs clearly with the team
- Complete quality repairs efficiently and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while contributing to the overall success of the shop
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional automotive repair experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Current Pennsylvania Safety Inspection License
- Current Pennsylvania Emissions Inspection License
- Your own professional automotive tools
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently without constant direction
- Team player who is willing to jump in when needed
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
Pay
$20-35 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and overall skill level.
We’re looking for the right person, so compensation can be discussed based on what you bring to the shop.
