The Role
Superior Remodels & Services is a design-build firm specializing in high-end kitchen, bath, and basement remodels. We pride ourselves on single-source project execution, utilizing direct mastery across carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team, take ownership of project phases, and ensure our work meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
Responsibilities
- Single-Source Execution: Assist in managing all project phases, from structural framing to premium finishes.
- Multi-Trade Support: Support carpentry, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Site Prep & Maintenance: Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet our strict safety and quality standards.
- Blueprint Execution: Follow project plans and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of all components.
- Professionalism: Maintain clear communication and respect for our clients' time, budget, and property.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in residential remodeling or construction.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency with power/hand tools, blueprint reading, and accurate measurement.
- Versatility: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
