What you'll do with us:
(Includes, but not limited to)

Welcome guests and callers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering, directing and screening inquiries appropriately
-
Compose, type and edit correspondence, reports and other materials
-
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, as needed
-
Ensure reception area is clean and organized\
-
Schedule meetings in multiple conference rooms, as needed
-
Receive incoming faxes and distribute immediately in a discretionary manner
-
Send faxes as required/requested
-
Train staff for back-up coverage on telephone system, as needed
-
Maintain computer and printer in reception area
-
Responsible for other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Must possess the willingness to maintain comprehensive working knowledge regarding information systems and applicable software programs
-
Must be flexible in work hours
