Complete assigned maintenance tasks with accuracy, care, and required documentation
Maintain our sparkling swimming pool and spa, ensuring a clean and safe environment
Perform essential preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment
Conduct daily rounds of our scenic campus to identify and report maintenance needs
Perform monthly fire alarm testing and ensure safety compliance in central facility buildings
Safely operate trucks, golf carts, and other equipment
Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotations as part of our dedicated team
Assist with set-up and support for special events across campus
Contribute to staff training on safety procedures and equipment operation
Plumbing experience is highly desired
A high school diploma, trade or vocational school background, or equivalent hands-on experience—apprenticeship training is a plus
Pool maintenance knowledge is essential and will help you hit the ground running
Experience with HVAC, electrical, painting, and light carpentry is highly beneficial
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks and requests promptly and professionally
Confidence using hand and power tools, as well as testing equipment, safely and effectively
A valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
