With me so far?..
Now let’s get into more of the specifics about our company, what we believe, and what we do…
What We Believe:
The home service industry and the trades are broken. Homeowners all have horror stories about working with their contractors, and they shouldn’t. Most contractors run their business by the seat of their pants, these are not professionally built organizations the way they should be done. The bar is set too low for our industry, even mediocre companies succeed, the opportunity to dominate in this market is huge.
Employees who work for these companies are overworked, underpaid, and stressed out.
We could go on and on...
We believe the best and most successful business is the business where everyone wins...
Where employees LOVE their work, are well compensated, enjoy a work-life balance, have opportunities to grow in their careers. Where customers have an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Where a company gives back to the community in a big way.
And when everyone a business touches is winning... The business experiences enormous success. And so does the business owner. And so does Apex Painting Group.
This is the kind of business we are creating... In order to impact the painting industry, and then the entire home improvement and construction industry.
