High Bridge Development is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, outdoor living spaces, and whole-home transformations throughout Louisville.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on organization, communication, accountability, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Project Leadership
- Manage multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
- Lead projects from contract signing through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Anticipate and solve problems before they affect schedule or budget.
Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners.
- Conduct regular client meetings and project updates.
- Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.
- Resolve concerns professionally and proactively.
Financial Management
- Review project budgets and job costs.
- Approve invoices and track project profitability.
- Identify potential change orders.
- Monitor labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
- Help maintain healthy gross margins.
Field Operations
- Perform regular site visits.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Verify work is completed properly.
- Coordinate inspections and permitting.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
Team Leadership
- Coordinate field staff and subcontractors.
- Hold trade partners accountable.
- Assist with hiring and building systems.
- Contribute to company growth and operational improvements.

- 5+ years of residential construction management experience.

- Strong budgeting and scheduling abilities.
- Experience with project management software.
- Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000–$95,000+
