Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Shared Services Specialist - Partner Pay/ Payroll serves as a key resource for systems and employee support. This role is responsible for supporting HR operations, maintaining employee data integrity, and partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes and the Partner experience. The position combines technical system expertise to ensure efficient delivery of HR services, compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within Partner Pay/Payroll.

Researches / processes critical check requests

Assists with departmental specials projects

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Intermediate support individual contributor position performing administrative or specialized tasks in support of daily business activities.
Works under moderate supervision on mostly routine tasks but may deviate from or interpret standard procedures based on knowledge gained through learned experience.
Work Experience:

2+ years of experience in accounting, or a related field

Experience in H-E-B Operations (Store, Plants, Warehouses)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

10-key by touch

Working knowledge of general accounting principles

Working knowledge of MS Office

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
