Primary Purpose:

The Center for Educator Success is designed to transform educator talent pipelines by partnering with districts to reimagine a comprehensive approach to educator recruitment and retention. Reporting to the Officer of Certification and Partnerships, the Recruitment Manager will serve as a critical member of Certification and Partnerships team, responsible for coordinating and managing the admissions and certification process in accordance with Texas Administrative code.

Master’s degree from an accredited, preferred

Experience:

Experience working in traditional or alternative certification programs, preferred

Experience working with marketing, communication, digital media to create awareness campaigns, preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
-
Meet annual targets set by CES Leadership Team for educators both in the pipeline and enrolled in programs.
-
Cultivate potential candidates for educator certification programs remaining in constant contact with them throughout the process.

Plan and execute on a strategy for increasing both the number and quality of candidates interested in CES programs.

In partnership with the Certification Manager, design and implement a candidate selection process that meets the needs of partner districts and aligns with the vision of CES.

In partnership with the Certification and Partnership team, conduct regular reviews of potential candidates in the application system while monitoring the selection targets set by CES.

Work closely with the Marketing and Communications division to manage awareness campaigns designed to increase the number of quality candidates eligible for CES programs.

Host local and national events to build awareness and attract new candidates to CES.

Manage the intake platform for efficient submission and processing of educator applications.

Provide regular data reports to Leadership Team regarding the growth of the program.

Seek innovative partnerships with local and national organizations to increase awareness and recruit quality candidates.

Maintain open, clear, and timely communication with all partners.

Serve as a collaborative team member open to giving and receiving feedback.

Strive to meet all individual and program goals established by the department.
