Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of trash and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or clients’ requests promptly and professionally
- Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle laundry tasks effectively and maintain cleanliness standards across multiple areas
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
