The Role
We’re hiring Inside Sales Representatives to help us grow.
This is a high impact, high opportunity role focused on engaging new prospects, educating them on our solutions, and guiding them through the decision process.
What you’ll do
- Connect with new prospects and share Benefit Airship information
- Host and present live webinars to showcase our benefits platform
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them to enrollment
- Build trust and long term relationships with clients
- Manage your pipeline and close new business
- Work independently while staying aligned with the team

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000
On Target Earnings: $100,000+ with uncapped bonus potential
Health benefits paid by the company after 90 days
