Duties
- Assist in menu planning, shopping and food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of meals.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth food service operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven dietary department experience preferred but not necessary.
- Hands-on kitchen experience with food handling, safety standards, and food industry best practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in food service operations, including serving guests efficiently and courteously.
- Prior experience working in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not necessary.
