Treatment Coordinator Opportunity
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Treatment Coordinator to join our fun and supportive dental team at Happy Harpeth Pediatric Dentistry + Orthodontics! The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
- Submit, batch, and follow up on insurance claims
- Assist patients with financial arrangements and treatment acceptance
- Provide outstanding customer service while working closely with our clinical team
Qualifications:
- Experience with Dentrix or other dental practice management software is required
- Previous experience in a pediatric or general dental office is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and insurance billing
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Hours: 7:30am - 5pm (lunch from 1-2) Monday through Thursday!
