Compensation & Benefits
- $52k base guaranteed, tracking up to $75k+ with uncapped overtime
- Annual Christmas Bonus equal to one full week’s pay
- 40 hours of accrued sick time (per Massachusetts law)
- Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years, and 3 weeks after 5 years

- Massachusetts Hood Cleaning License (Required)
