We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Post Bar Law Clerk to support our legal team in various research, analysis, and drafting tasks related to litigation, contracts, and fraud prevention. <Responsibilities>
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support ongoing cases and legal strategies
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing legal documents, and case files for accuracy and relevance
- Support litigation efforts through document review, organization, and preparation of court filings
- Draft memos, summaries, pleadings, and other legal documents under supervision
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy development and evidence gathering
- Maintain meticulous records of research findings, case materials, and procedural documentation
<Requirements>
- Passing the bar exam or awaiting results (Post Bar status)
- Demonstrated experience with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues effectively
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear, concise legal documents
- Knowledge of litigation procedures, and general counsel practices is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
