American Landscape is seeking a dedicated Safety Compliance Lead to join our team. Qualified personnel will oversee and enforce safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and foster a culture of workplace safety across the organization.

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of worksites and facilities.

Ensure certified, department training is being maintained company-wide

Lead safety training sessions and ensure all employees are informed of safety protocols.

Investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities.

Work with HR and facilities teams to integrate safety into all business processes.

Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to workplace safety.

Work with trusted safety organizations

Experience of 3 or more years in safety compliance, workplace safety, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to conduct thorough inspections and detailed incident investigations.

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

CSP a plus.
Offered compensation: $65,000/yr - $80,000/yr
