Sushi Palace is a modern fine-dining Japanese restaurant in the heart of Hollywood, known for high-quality ingredients, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a motivated Sushi Chef or Sushi Helper to join our growing team.
Position
- Part-Time (Weekends) & Possible Weekdays
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday (schedule may vary)
- Potential to become Full-Time as the restaurant continues to grow

Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other menu items according to our standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support the kitchen team during service
Requirements
- Experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Helper is preferred
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Food Handler Certificate is a plus

Important
The position is currently Part-Time and primarily for weekend shifts.
However, as business continues to grow, there is a strong opportunity for this role to expand into a Full-Time position for the right candidate.
