Student Housing company is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our Columbus, OH maintenance team. This person will and turnover of our properties this summer.
The selected candidate will participate in a variety of tasks including (but not limited to): apartment repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs, furniture assembly, organization & inventory, garbage removal, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, and other duties as needed to facilitate the turnover and move-in of our apartments.
The right candidate will:

· Have the ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
· Have open availability
· Have basic tools (depending on position)
· Have a positive and professional attitude/appearance
· Pass a background check
· Be a team player and have a strong work ethic
