Our construction management teams plan the projects, and the Field teams complete the repairs in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
What You’ll Do:
· Travel to regional work sites throughout the week.
· Perform a minimum of 8 hours per day 5 days a week. (Additional hours consistently occur)
· Perform a variety of repairs and maintain our client’s facilities.
· Complete tasks to client and manufacturer’s specifications.
· Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner.
· Represent the company in a positive manner.
·Complete other tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
· Working knowledge of at least 2 construction industry trades. (Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and masonry skills are preferred)
· Motivation and a commitment to excellence.
· Strong communication skills.
· Problem solving skills.
· Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
· High degree of integrity and work ethic.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Personal hand tools.
· Ability to stand, walk, balance, climb, crawl, crouch, lift, hold, or stoop
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Compensation and benefits:
· Full time.
· 56 hours of Flexible PTO per year and 56 hours of Fixed PTO per year
· $20-$32 per hour. (Ample O/T opportunities)
