C&S is seeking an experienced Overnight IT Systems & Network Support Engineer for a full-time overnight position in Jefferson City.
The position may be performed remotely for portions of the shift, but the employee must live within a reasonable distance of the Jefferson City worksite and be able to report onsite when technical issues require hands-on support.
Salary/hours for Overnight IT Systems & Network Support Engineer: $70,000/yr. + benefits package; 11 p.m.–7 a.m. or 12 a.m.-8 a.m.
Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 technical support to end users

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues

Provide remote technical support and respond to overnight IT issues

Image, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations

Manage user account creations, changes, and terminations

Work with Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365/Entra

Support and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and network infrastructure

Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP

Support VMware vSphere environments

Assist with Cisco networking equipment and technologies

Support fiber-attached SAN storage

Support VOIP and Mitel phone systems

Assist with network and system security administration

Recommend and implement system upgrades, patches, applications, and equipment

Provide technical guidance and support to users and team members

Follow established IT processes, procedures, and security requirements

Respond to critical system or network issues and provide onsite support when necessary
